EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: all wine served The Captain's Room will be BOXED WINE ONLY PER NEW Villa Park Chamber of Commerce liquor update bylaws stating that all wines, domestic or imported must be purchased and sold only in approved waxed cardboard and Mylar line containers with single finger dispenser apparatus. Statute 18.3.65.676. Wine with a recorded value of over 16.99 per bottle retail less all appropriate city state and local food and beverage tax of 1.5% will be be assessed a tripled (3x) increase in all applicable taxes and incur a local “fine wine and events” tax of 6.7%. Bringing the total tax burden on residents to 18.3% before gratuity and credit card fees.

As a result we are eliminating the sales of fine wines and will only be serving boxed merlots and rose you might already be enjoying at home or in the privacy of you bathroom or garage, mid sized SUV, she-shed, etc. lowering your standards has never been so delicious.

If anyone wants a great bottle of this old wine wine we have been serving……like and comment below with your social security number, mothers maiden name, shoe size and we will personally deliver to your home. Air freight is free for the next 15 minutes as well.
