The Chihuahua Race is an Annual event that benefits The Buddy Foundation. It is always the week of Cinco de Mayo and always fun for the whole family... pups included! Last year we had almost 60 (SIXTY!) dogs racing and countless spectators lining the street to cheer them on.
We call it the 'chihuahua' race, but any dog 20lb and under is eligible to race (as long as they are friendly with other dogs).
Thanks to our sponsors, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prize baskets have grown so huge over the years that last year's first place basket was valued at over $500. The sponsors and prizes for this year are TBA soon.
