There’s just something about fried chicken on a Sunday night.

This Sunday, we’re bringing back our Fried Chicken Buckets featuring crispy buttermilk fried Green Circle chicken, perfect for an easy family dinner, cozy night in, or gathering with friends.

Options include:
- Fried Chicken Bucket: 10 pieces of our signature fried chicken
- Hot Honey for dipping: Locally sourced Heaven’s Honey with a kick
- 4 Biscuits + House-Made Pimento Cheese
- Chopped Salad: Little gem, red cabbage, feta cheese, garbanzo beans, cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette

We’d like to pass along a very special thank you to Michael Laing from Mawby Vineyards for joining us recently for a beautiful evening celebrating Midwest food, sparkling wine, and the launch of our new Spring menu.

Guests enjoyed a four-course dinner featuring seasonal dishes paired alongside Mawby sparkling wines, including:

We’re growing… again!

As we get ready to expand our hours and open on Mondays, we’re building out our team to make it happen.

We’re currently hiring a PM line cook to join our kitchen; someone who cares about quality, works with intention, and wants to be part of a team that’s always pushing to get better.

A few things that make this role different:
• No late nights. We only seat until 8:30 PM
• Competitive, above-market pay for the area
• Full-time team members are eligible for medical, dental + vision insurance

Open roles here don’t come up often for our small team, so we’re especially excited to welcome someone new to the team as we grow.

This next step is a big one for us, and it wouldn’t be possible without the support from this community. We’re so excited for what’s ahead.

When we first opened, we knew how tough this industry could be. The majority of independent restaurants don’t make it to five years, and we were just hoping to make it through year one... through opening during the pandemic lockdown.
