Wow! Seeing T-BIRDS on the front page of yesterday’s Journal Times is a moment I’ll never forget.

What started as an idea, then a food trailer, and eventually a small storefront in Downtown Racine has only been possible because of the support we’ve received from family, friends, customers, and the community.

We are incredibly grateful for everyone who has encouraged us, supported us, and taken a chance on something a little different.

Thank you Racine!!! We’re honored, humbled, and excited for what comes next.
