Novi's Beef is a fast food restaurant, caterer, and American restaurant that has been serving their famous Italian beef sandwiches since 1966 when the original owner Nick "Novi" had the dream to create a local restaurant for ordinary people to enjoy great food at great prices. The Lattas family bought Novi's in 1989 and continue to serve the same great sandwich recipe as well as premier catering services. Novi's is a Chicagoland landmark known for keeping Nick Novi's intentions alive.
