If you're looking for a family-style restaurant that offers delicious and healthy options, Alexanders Restaurant on Pershing Road is the place to be. This American breakfast and brunch spot has been serving up tasty meals since 1971, making it a local favorite.
One of the standout dishes at Alexanders is their homemade potato pancakes, which are made to order and definitely worth the wait. But if you're in the mood for something lighter, they also offer refreshing avocado toast and even almond milk for non-dairy customers.
And if you're looking for a Lenten special, Alexanders has got you covered with their Pepper & Egg Sandwich served with fries and a complimentary bowl of soup until Easter.
But what really sets Alexanders apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They regularly update their website with menu items and information, and even offer new toppings like Peanut Butter Cups and Oreo Cookie Crumbles on pancakes, waffles, crepes, and French toast.
It's no wonder that Alexanders was recently added to the list of best breakfast spots in Illinois by MSN and reporter Linze Rice. So next time you're in Stickney, make sure to stop by Alexanders Restaurant for a delicious meal that will leave you feeling satisfied.
