Hugo Tea Space Hugo Tea Space was a modern specialty tea café located on N Milwaukee Avenue in Bucktown, Chicago. It featured a small menu of the season's best sourcing efforts from their small roster of tea producers. Customers could also choose from cold brewed tea, fresh-whisked matcha, and signature tea drinks including elevated renditions of house-steeped chai and matcha lattes to-go. Loose leaf teas by the gram or box, cold-stored matcha, and tea wares from studio potters were available for purchase to elevate customers' at-home tea practice. The tea room offered a casual rendition of the gongfu session guided by their knowledgeable tea tenders to enhance the full tea experience for visitors. Unfortunately, this business has been permanently closed.
