We did it. 🏆🇨🇷
This past Wednesday, Henry accepted the Best Latin Food award at the 2026 Legacy Business Poll, presented by Special Service Area #33 in Wicker Park Bucktown.
Hundreds of community members voted for their favorite neighborhood businesses that have been serving this area for 15 years or more, and you voted for us.
36 years ago, Mom had a dream. Dad helped build it. Henry has carried it forward every single day since 2006. This award belongs to all three of them, and to every one of you who has made Irazú your home away from home.
We are Bucktown. And Bucktown is us. Pura Vida. 🤍

To get to the Latin American restaurant on N Milwaukee Avenue in Chicago, you can take the Blue Line train and get off at the Western station. From there, walk north towards N Milwaukee Avenue and turn left. The restaurant will be on your right.
If driving, take I-90/94 and exit at Western Avenue. Head north until you reach N Milwaukee Avenue and turn left. There is street parking available near the restaurant or a paid parking lot nearby.
