Wheaton,
At Last we meet again!
We have taken the last couple of months to transform our space into something we want to be the connection point of our community.
A modern spin on the classic Tavern, if you will.
Say Hello to Grange House!
An unapologetic Neighborhood Tavern, setting its sights on your sports fandom, your casual night out, your childrens post championship stop, your business lunch or just your stop for something that takes you away from daily stresses.
Our food and beverage programs are scratch made and will have a bit of creativity, mixed with more modern comforts. They will be approachable and affordable. There will be game day classics but also weekday more calorie conscious options. But most importantly we will have killer homemade Tavern style pizza and Italian beef! Pride in our hometown and area roots will be very visible :)
Stay tuned for the opening (which is really really close) as we have some fun things “tee’d up”!
An Autograph Luther Burden Bears jersey and high whiskey raffles for the adults!
Sports cards and Pokémon pack givvys for kids and much much more!
We Appreciate you and appreciate your support to Bourbon Belly Hospitality

With heavy hearts we will be closing on the 18th of January.
We are absolutely honored to have been a part of our community’s many birthdays, dates nights, showers and many other important moments. Trusting us with those memories is a reflection of the work that so many provided Proof No. 5.
From the cocktail program, to weekend specials and test kitchen, and the many special chef whisky dinners, attention to detail was always the objective.
To the many regulars and routine visitors, thank you for your support and for taking care of our staff. Your friendships will not be forgotten. Wheaton is truly a wonderful community and we certainly will not forget that.
We will be providing service through the 18th of
January, and look forward to you hanging with us one last time!
A new BBH concept will move into the space in a few months (those details will be released down the road) but our focus remains on making your next experience at Proof an enjoyable one

Their mission:
To prevent homelessness and hunger in the western suburbs of the Chicago-land area and to provide hope when hope seems impossible, to restore dignity to individuals or families facing a current economic and life crisis as the organization seeks creative tools to help move the family toward economic stability.
