The interior space of GIA MIA Wheaton is designed around the main focal point - the Neapolitan brick oven imported from Italy. Guests can watch their pizza being made using only the freshest farm-to-table ingredients before being put into the wood-fired brick oven and delivered right to their table, hot out of the oven.
The completely renovated interior and exterior facade add to the historic charm of the building. The natural brick walls discovered during demolition date back to when the building was first erected in 1893. With a little TLC, these walls have been given new life, adding to the rustic "Old World" ambiance of GIA MIA Wheaton.
