Pre-Order your smoked turkey for thanksgiving.
We have 2 different pickup dates and times. pick-up at the Evanston Farmers Market on Saturday, 11/21/26 @ 1800 Maple, Evanston, IL anytime after 11:45am or pick-up on Thanksgiving day in palatine anytime between 1130am and 1:30pm
All turkeys are gluten free and lightly seasoned with salt & pepper, garlic and lemon. Turkeys are 16-20lbs before cooking. Feeds 11-16 adults.

Join us at Hasselman Family farm this weekend, If you are looking for locally raised sustainable meet, eggs and all things delicious. look no further as we will have a full menu and Scott has you covered on frozen meets from his farm. Scott produces the finest meet I have ever BBQed. Everything he sells is raised right here on his farm. You can taste the differnce when you are serving up meats from Hasselmann Family Farm. This event will have something for all family members. You can relax and see the animals in the field, check out the barns or have fun buying delicious food right from the pit.
We will be there as well as we bring out our smokers and grills to the event to offer a full menu of delicious smoked meats. All of our meats are sourced from Hasselmann Family Farms and we are so excited to serve you up an amazing meal before you purchase some of our favorite products Scott sells at his farm. Try before you buy.
Our theme will be Oktoberfest therefore we will have tons of brats for this event so come hungry and get ready to stock up the freezer as we prepare an amazing event for you and your families.

Join us on Sunday, Sept. 27, from 10 to 4, for our free, family-friendly Farm Stroll.
NEW! The Hasselmanns have been farming in the Chicagoland area since the late 1800’s and are now run by Scott and Nena. This regenerative farm features ‘farrow to finish’ Berkshire hogs, pasture-raised cows, sheep, and laying hens. They believe small farms are one of America’s greatest assets, so their mission is to provide healthy, nutrient-dense food through farmers' markets and a home delivery service. Today's cook featured two bone-in turkey breasts, each with its own bold flavor:
🌶️ Cajun
🧄 Garlic Herb
Both were cooked over Kingsford charcoal with applewood for that perfect kiss of smoke. The Weber held steady, delivering juicy meat, crispy skin, and incredible flavor from start to finish.
Not bad for a grill that was headed for the curb! Sometimes all it takes is a little elbow grease, a new handle, and a fire to bring an old classic back to life. Would you eat these turkeys?
