After 37 years, Jim finally gave up a few secrets. Photos was on WGN TV Daytime Chicago today sharing the recipe for the famous Chicken Pita - the #1 bestseller since 1989.

Today is big trucks over by the Palatine aquatic center. Right behind Walgreens on the corner of Palatine Road and Northwest Highway.
It’s a really cool event for all the kiddos.

To get to N Northwest Highway in Palatine using public transport, you can take the Metra North Central Service Line and disembark at Palatine station. From there, you can walk west along Colfax Street for a few minutes until you reach intersection with Northwest Highway.
If driving, take Route 53 and exit on Lake Cook Road westbound toward North Plum Grove Road. Continue straight on this road for about 3 miles before making a left turn onto North Northwest Highway. There is limited street parking available, but there are also some public parking lots nearby that you can use for a fee.
