Yesterday, 4 of our leaders had the opportunity to attend a Hospitality Workshop in Chicago led by two of our phenomenal Support Center staff members! They learned what it means to have a culture of hospitality, how to create a strong training program, and were challenged with the thought that Chick-fil-A could change the world one chicken sandwich at a time.

Today, we want to take a moment to give a huge THANK YOU to our incredible trainer team that was here for over a month training our 100+ new Team Members. Their guidance, patience, and support helped shape the team and prepare us for the next chapter.
Now that we are officially out on our own, our team has taken the baton and has one goal - delivering an exceptional guest experience every single day.
