COQUEREL WINE DINNER:
Wednesday, June 3rd
Our kitchen has created a thoughtful five-course menu to complement the wines of , beginning with a chèvre tart and fluke with kumquat, followed by dishes like grilled duck hearts with pâté, pork and ramp sausage with mussels escabeche, and lamb loin with fig jus.
The evening concludes with a dessert course, all paired with Coquerel’s Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Sirah, and Verdelho!

Brunch Special: Oeufs Marchand de Vin
A dish rooted in the wine markets of France, where merchants turned abundant red wine into a sauce of real depth and character. Unlike a traditional reduction, the wine remains present, giving the dish its signature richness and subtle smokiness.
Two fried eggs dressed in that sauce with mushrooms, French ham, and garlic confit, served with toasted PQB sourdough.

To get to the restaurant at Lawn Avenue in Western Springs, you can take the Metra BNSF railway line and get off at the Western Springs station. Then, head east on Hillgrove Avenue and turn right onto Lawn Avenue. The restaurant is located on your left-hand side.
Alternatively, if you choose to drive, take Interstate 294 and exit at Ogden Avenue. Head west on Ogden Ave towards Western Springs and turn right onto Lawn Ave. There is parking available behind the building or along the street.
