Before Chicago, there was Gragnano. 🇮🇹🍝
This National Pasta Day, we’re taking you back to where our family story began.
Nestled near Naples, Italy, Gragnano is known around the world as the City of Pasta, with more than 500 years of pasta-making tradition.
It’s also the hometown of our very own Papa Ferdinand Rosati, whose journey to America helped lay the foundation for generations of Rosati family history.
Because pasta isn’t just on our menu. It’s part of who we are. ❤️
Happy National Pasta Day from the Rosati family!

A new chapter. The same Chicago roots. 🍕
Last Friday, we celebrated the ribbon cutting at Rosati’s World Corporate Headquarters in Geneva, Illinois, with the Geneva shop, dine, tourism, networking , Kevin Burns, our team, and friends from the community.
In true Rosati’s fashion, we brought everyone together over pizza, shared stories, and a family tradition that’s been feeding the people since 1964.
Thank you to the Geneva Chamber of Commerce and Mayor Kevin Burns for welcoming us, and to everyone who joined the celebration. We’re proud to call Geneva, Illinois home and grateful to have you around our table.

Chicago pride runs deep in our Rosati’s family, and few people embodied it like Mike Ditka.
We join our hometown in remembering a Chicago sports legend. Our hearts are with the Ditka family, his friends, and the generations of Bears fans who loved him.
Rest in peace, Coach.
