Rosati's Pizza on Mannheim Road in Des Plaines has received mixed reviews. One review from the Chicago Tribune, dated October 2019, praised the thin crust pizza stating it was "crispy and flavorful". They also enjoyed the Italian beef sandwich with sweet peppers. However, a more recent review from the Daily Herald, dated July 2020, criticized the deep dish pizza and claimed it was "too doughy".
