We get the chills just thinking about it. 👻💡
Flickering lights, mysterious shadows, and a little unexpected drama. Some spaces are spooky by design. Others just need better lighting. 🎃
This Halloween, we're embracing the darker side of design.
Great lighting can change everything. Even the mood.

AFX Design Perspective | Why Does Lighting Look Like the 70s Again?
Warm tones. Sculptural forms. Reflective finishes. Low profiles. There’s no denying that 70s influence is showing up everywhere in design again.
But it’s not about recreating the past. Today’s designers are taking the ideas that defined the era warmth, texture, bold forms and expressive materials, and refining them for contemporary interiors.
In this installment of AFX Design Perspective, we explore why the 70s are influencing lighting and interiors again, and how familiar ideas continue to evolve.
