We apologize for missing the market yesterday. We got caught up in the crowdstrike mess.

Bavarian restaurants are known for their authentic European cuisine and Little Europa in Kenosha is no exception. This bavarian restaurant offers homemade European smoked meats and sausages that are simply exquisite. The founders, Miro and Bozka Gono, have been making sausages for generations and have passed down their age-old European recipes to create some of the finest meats and sausages in the area.
Little Europa follows strict state and federal guidelines to ensure that all of their meats and sausages are made with the finest ingredients sourced from local farmers. They use cherry, hickory, and apple wood chips to smoke their meats which adds a unique flavor that is hard to find elsewhere.
One of their most popular sausages is Landjäger which is a semi-dried sausage traditionally made in Southern Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Alsace. It's perfect as a snack during outdoor activities like hiking or tree planting or even just as a quick meal on-the-go. It's no wonder why this sausage has such a rich history as soldier’s food because it can be kept without refrigeration and comes in single-meal portions.
The new owners Amy and John Grimley have taken over Little Europa but they continue to bring you the same delicious offerings that the Gono family has been making for generations. If you're looking for an authentic bavarian restaurant experience with some of the best smoked meats and sausages around, then Little Europa on 25th Avenue in Kenosha should definitely be on your list!
