Tenuta's dream of opening his own business was realized when he opened the doors of Tenuta's Delicatessen on April 1st, 1950. Since then, the store has been run by his family, with Ralph's son Chris being the current owner for the last 15 years.
The store has come a long way since its humble beginnings as a small corner store that served malts and sundaes with a small deli counter and a single aisle for grocery items. Today, it has been remodeled and expanded several times to accommodate its growing selection of specialty merchandise.
Despite all these changes, one thing that has remained constant is their commitment to quality and excellent customer service. Their dedication to providing only the best possible products and services to their customers is evident in every aspect of their business.
