Introducing Tripp Schulte, Racquets Professional
Please join us in welcoming Tripp Schulte to the Valley Lo Club Racquets team! A Northbrook native and enthusiastic racquets professional, Tripp brings a strong competitive background, coaching experience, and a passion for helping players improve their game. He played both singles and doubles at Glenbrook North before continuing his tennis career at Carthage College, where he earned All-Conference Honors his junior year and was named team captain his senior year.
Tripp joins Valley Lo from nearby North Shore Racquet Club, where he taught private lessons to adults and juniors, developed and implemented junior lesson plans, assisted with men’s and women’s drills, and instructed cardio classes. At Valley Lo, he will be involved in tennis, paddle, and pickleball, bringing his energy and enthusiasm to our entire racquets program.
Away from the courts, Tripp enjoys working out, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. He’s excited to meet the Valley Lo Club community, get on the courts, and bring his energy and passion for racquet sports to the club! Be sure to say hi when you see him on the courts.

From our family to yours, thank you for a great summer on the beach. Grateful for a fun and safe season, and for the lifeguards who made it happen. What a wonderful way to end the season!

From the incredible BBQ and all the fun activities to Closest to the Pin over the lake, this year’s Labor Day Party is one for the books.

Spicy Seafood Pasta
Crab, lobster, and bay scallops tossed in a creamy vodka sauce with Calabrian chili.
Flank Steak
Grilled flank steak with eggplant, zucchini, and sugo crudo.
Two completely different options, both worth coming hungry for. Grab your family or meet up with friends and make dinner at the Club part of your week. The gorgeous lake view doesn’t hurt either.

And just like that… the show went on!
After keeping a close eye on the weather, we were so happy to be able to enjoy Movie Night Under the Stars tonight. Families gathered on the beach, blankets were out, popcorn was flowing, and we got to end the night with a movie under the summer sky. We had a great time with all the families who came out to join us!

Floatopia was a good one!
The weather held out, floats on the lake, lots of laughs, and a whole lot of fun was had earlier today for this annual event.
