Special shoutout to our friend Mike Riley, who 3-D printed these box organizers for Terraforming Mars. With these the set-up and clean-up are a breeze. Mike is a member of the Athena Weekday Club and you can find him here most Wednesdays, you can ask him all the questions about 3-D printing, and admire the dice towers and other nice things he has made for us. What is your favorite board game accessory?

The game INK is the biggest eye candy I have seen in a while 😍 It has these little ink bottles and colorful tiles, that more than justifies its price. The game itself is logic-based, where you get more points for building the largest field of the same color, with the most ink bottles on it. Suitable for a large range of ages and up to 4 players. We have one in the library to try, and some in the shelf that you can take home.

Dirty Sodas are all the rage, and you shouldn't miss this one. That perfect summer treat of an orange creamsicle, in an icy cold drink. Other flavors also available, try them all!

We added to the library this fun map-making game called Cartographers. The cards that you pull from the deck set the conditions for every player. Fulfill them to the best of your ability to earn points. But, it wouldn't be a good game without a little chaos! When you pull a certain card you pass your map to the left, and another cartographer gets to sabotage you a little bit. Like in Welcome To... any number of players can get their sheet and participate.

Dice Forge is an easy, short game, where you collect gold as well as sun and moon shards (hey, we didn't name the things) by throwing dice. You can exchange gold for better dice sides, and shards for card benefits and points. With only 9 or 10 rounds, and a limited ability to stash resources, you must be decisive and ambitious. Good for young players and a crew of 2 to 4.
