Our first Chef's Table of the semester was one for the books! Chef Humberto presented favorites from Cuba, the Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico. 🍽️
From crispy yuca fries and queso frito to chicharrón de pollo and Cuban sandwiches, there was something for everyone to enjoy! Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this event a success. 🐺

What a night! 🎡🌭 Thank you to everyone who came out to our State Fair late-night event in de Nobili last night. The energy was unmatched, and so was the food lineup: brisket, mini corn dogs, street corn, mini tacos, and churros! 🌮🍕😋 Thanks for making it such a fun evening! 🍽️🎉

Day one of classes brought the Chef Showcase, and it did not disappoint! 😋 We tasted an amazing lineup of signature dishes, including tater tot breakfast burritos, bruschetta breakfast bowls, jerk-rubbed pork loin with cherry brandy sauce, spicy tofu, and guava lemongrass chicken.
So many delicious flavors in one event! 🍽️✨
