This client kept hearing from other bakers, that the strawberry top tier could not be done, that the shape and design she was requesting was not doable.
Every baker is different and with that we are all in different skill levels. I for instance still afraid of carved, standing pieces, or if i can avoid wedding cakes, I will. There's certain cakes that stress me out and I prefer to guide my customers through designs I'm capable of doing, rather than lie, or cancel their order last minute, as some others may do.

To get to the bakery and cupcake shop at Oak Park Avenue in Berwyn, you can take the Green Line train to Harlem or Oak Park station, then transfer to Pace Bus #307 and get off at Oak Park Ave & 16th St. Alternatively, if you are driving, take the I-290 W and exit at Harlem Ave. Head south on Harlem Ave until you reach Oak Park Ave, then turn right onto Oak Park Ave. You will find a parking lot on your left-hand side just after passing 16th St.
