Elvia Krzyanek came to America at 13-years-old, where she would discover her passion for leadership and restaurant management. Elvia joined MISSION BBQ in 2021 and became the General Manager of our Madison, WI location shortly after. She's built lasting relationships with Our People and with Our Community. “Fry Down!” Gather Around The Table with us. We have a love affair with Fresh Cut Fries because of the passion required to produce and make them excellent. Fresh, never frozen. We’re proud to honor Army Chief Warrant Officer 4 Harry Bryant on Our Walls in Town N Country, FL, a true American Hero and longtime friend of Our MISSION BBQ Family.
CW4 Bryant served three tours in Vietnam as both a helicopter and airplane pilot. A Glider Man and Master Parachutist, his career was defined by skill, courage, and dedication. His final assignment placed him as the personal pilot for a 3-Star General, where he flew Generals, Secretaries of Defense, and even members of the Kennedy family during a pivotal time in Our Country’s history.
One of his proudest moments was graduating from Flight School at the age of 30, a testament to perseverance and determination. Today, nearly a decade as a Veteran VIP at our Town N Country Restaurant, CW4 Bryant continues to inspire everyone around him. As he approaches his 97th birthday this December, we are honored to celebrate a life of service, leadership, and legacy. Thanks For Your Service, CW4 Bryant.

Michael Valerio AKA "MAV" served in the United States Navy as Military Police from 2009 to 2013. During his service, he deployed to Kandahar, Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. While stationed there, he provided security at the Role 3 Trauma Hospital, managed the armory, and conducted searches of combat casualties for weapons and explosives. Over the course of his deployment, he searched approximately 1,200 casualties, including civilians, and enemy fighters; a responsibility that demanded vigilance, professionalism, and courage under intense conditions.
After his time in the military service, he was drawn to MISSION BBQ because he wanted to add a new skill set to his toolbox and had never worked with BBQ before. What started as learning something new, quickly became much more meaningful. Inspired by MISSION BBQ’s deep commitment to honoring Those Who Serve, he found purpose in being part of something bigger than himself; a mission centered around service, community and supporting Our Heroes. We are proud to have MAV on Our Team!

Larkin went so above and beyond during that visit that my daughter got so happy and asked me to bring her here every two weeks. Today, we had the pleasure of going back again and once more, we had the pleasure of being served by your amazing staff and Larkin. He’s truly a great asset to hang on to, and please send our thanks and regards to him, when you share our experience with him and his superiors. Y'all have an amazing way of taking care of your staff, which has created a domino effect, and they go above and beyond every time we have been here."

We are honored to remember Lt. Jeffrey Scott Huggins on Our Walls in Orlando, FL, a Hero whose light continues to shine through the lives he touched.
Born and raised in Orlando, Jeff grew up in a family rooted in service. His mother is a Captain with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and his father is a retired Fire Chief. Inspired by his parents, Jeff followed that same path of selfless service. From excelling in athletics to joining the Orlando Fire Department Explorer Program, he quickly found his calling. By 18, he entered the fire academy and went on to serve the Orlando community with compassion, leadership, and honor, ultimately earning the rank of Lieutenant.
Jeff dedicated his life to saving others. His strength, kindness, and unwavering commitment left a lasting impact on his family, his fellow firefighters, and the community he served. On April 16, 2024, we tragically lost Jeff. As we honored him with the unveiling of his turnout coat, we made a promise to his family, both blood and fire, that his name and his legacy will live on. In this house, Jeff will always have a place. We remember. We honor. We carry his legacy forward.

If you're planning on taking public transit, you can take the bus or train and disembark at one of the nearby stations. Alternatively, if you're driving, there are several parking options available in the area.
For those taking public transit, the nearest bus stop is located just a short walk from Butterfield Road Grove. The bus line that services the area is Route #DG, which runs between Downtown Downers Grove and Yorktown Center. Additionally, there are two Metra train stations located nearby: Downers Grove Main Street Station and Belmont Station. Both stations offer regular service on the BNSF Railway Line.
If you're planning on driving to Butterfield Road Grove, there are several parking options available in the area. There is a small parking lot located directly behind some of the stores off of Butterfield Road as well as a larger lot located off of Finley Road behind Best Buy and Michaels. Some stores may also have their own dedicated parking lots with free parking.
