I followed Jose (resident dough master) around while he made pizza dough. I learned a lot- mostly, it’s not as easy as it may seem. He jokes that others try and fail at first. It takes experience to know exactly when to add more flour, when to add water to the sides of the mixer as the dough starts to stick, what to look for when you pull the dough apart, and DO NOT FORGET to pinch the dough ball before laying it to rest! I will not be making pizza dough anytime soon. If want to ensure the same quality of dough you know and love, we better leave it to the professionals 🤣🍕🙌🏻

From there, you can walk towards County Line Road and catch the Pace Bus Route 661 towards Willowbrook Town Center. If you prefer driving, take I-55 South and exit at County Line Road. Turn left onto County Line Road and continue straight until you reach Burr Ridge Parkway.
