Food truck catering can still have all the structure of a traditional wedding dinner. For this Chicago reception, guests enjoyed passed appetizers during cocktail hour, custom menus from two food trucks, pre-set salads and hot entrées served on real dinnerware.
Our team released tables in waves to keep lines short and coordinated the catering, staffing, bar service and timeline so everything ran smoothly.
