Each table at this stunning celebration was graced with a gorgeous grazing platter—our house-made taramasalata, cucumber yogurt, and white bean hummus, paired with vibrant vegetable crudités and warm pita (kept toasty off-camera!).

Summer days are made for barbecue, and this mouth-watering summer feast hits the spot.

Chef Jordan crafted this menu as a tribute to the two graduates being celebrated, both heading to Southern schools this fall.

Guests enjoyed a delicious selection that included Bourbon-Braised Pulled Pork, slathered with their choice of Memphis or Carolina BBQ sauce, Creamy Aged Cheddar Mac n’ Cheese, Brown Sugar Baked Beans, and Sweet Yellow Corn Muffins 🌽.

The quiet moments before guests arrive…. Just a Chef and his food.

This custom curated Mezze table incorporated fresh summer produce - juicy grilled peaches, plump and sweet heirloom tomatoes and crisp baby cucumbers. Add in a nutty Spanish Manchego, some caramel-kissed aged Gouda, and some Prosciutto di Parma and you have yourself quite a spread. Finishing touches included a refreshing citrus mustard, a bright edamame hummus and a refreshing pineapple mango jam.
