Next Saturday, October 24, we’re joining our Noyes Street neighbors for Passport to Noyes, the street’s first festival, from 12 to 5 pm.
Come hungry. Eight food spots on one block, plus open studios, galleries, and performances at the Noyes Cultural Arts Center.
It’s a short walk from the Purple Line Noyes stop. Bring a friend, collect your passport stamps, and say hello.

Choose the Omnivore Thali with Chicken Rogan Josh or the Vegetarian Thali with Mangalorean Paneer Curry w/Green Beans.
Both come with Chana Masala, Aloo Gobi, Panchmel Dal, Turmeric Rice with Green Peas, Cucumber Mint Raita, Kachumber, and all the sides.
Ten items, serves 3 to 4, $79. Each item is also available on its own.

Today is the first Inspired Indian Tiffin pickup/delivery, and seeing these meals felt like a real milestone.
This week’s lineup: Bhuna Chicken, Dhaba Paneer, Kala Chana, and Green Bean & Carrot Poriyal, each served over Basmati Rice, alongside Dal Palak, roti, and raita.
Tiffin is for anyone who wants fresh, flavorful Indian food several times a week, whether that’s Northwestern students settling into a new routine or Evanston neighbors looking for an easier way to get fresh, flavorful Indian food on the table. Standing over these trays, I kept thinking about how good it feels to cook a home-style meal for someone on a day they’re too busy to make one themselves.

Inspired Indian Supper Club is back!
Available for preorder until Sunday, 9/20 at midnight (unless we sell out first!) with pickup or local delivery on Thursday, 9/24, no subscription needed. Each thali serves 3 to 4 and shares the same weekly menu as our new Tiffin program. All items available à la carte as well.
Omnivore and Vegetarian thalis available. Each is rooted in the six tastes that make a proper Indian meal work: sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent, and astringent.
