For Pace Bus, use route 322 and get off at Oakbrook Center- Macy's, then walk towards the center. For Metra train, use either West Hinsdale or Elmhurst station and take a taxi or Uber/Lyft to Oakbrook Center.
If driving to the location, take I-88 and exit onto Route 83 South. Then turn right into Oakbrook Center and follow signs for parking. Valet parking is also available near the main entrance of the mall.
