What people say

Bordel Chicago is a hidden gem in the heart of Wicker Park that transports you to the sultry energy of Paris' Belle Époque. The candlelit interiors, red velvet sofas, and tasseled chandeliers create an intimate atmosphere perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic date. But what sets Bordel apart is its weekly theatre of varieties featuring a rotating cast of jazz musicians, burlesque performers, magicians, cabaret dancers, comedians and more. This entertainment perfectly complements the expertly crafted cocktails that celebrate the era of Prohibition and the great bartenders who took their skills to Europe and back. The beverage menu is imaginative and pays homage to the influence of European travels on American bartending. Bordel Chicago is truly one-of-a-kind and has become a favorite speakeasy among locals for good reason.
