La Hora del Pintxo at Mama Delia!

One drink. One pintxo. A little piece of Spain every day. At Mama Delia, we’re bringing the Spanish ritual to Chicago.

Every drink comes with a complimentary pintxo, selected daily by the kitchen. Just order your drink, and we take care of the rest.

You can expect a rotating selection of pintxos inspired by the bars of Madrid, Barcelona, and San Sebastián like;

-Pan con tomate with cured meats or seasonal toppings
-A bite of tortilla española with aioli
-Gazpacho
-Mussels escabeche with potato chips
-Ensaladilla
-Braised chorizo with Txakoli wine
-Pork meatballs
-Mushrooms al ajillo
-Bikinis

Come for one drink. Stay for three. Stand at the bar or settle into the patio.

Now pouring at Mama Delia. One drink. One pintxo. Every time. Monday to Friday (4-7) and all day at the bar.

Travel to Spain without leaving the city.

The Adonis cocktail is a low-alcohol, 19th-century aperitif combining dry sherry and sweet vermouth with orange bitters. Created around 1884–1886, it was named to honor the first Broadway musical to run over 500 performances, Adonis, starring Henry E. Dixey. The drink is often attributed to the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City.

Join us this weekend for a glass of Adonis and explore the incredible collection of over 50 types of Sherry; only at Mama Delia.
