Listen. I'm a Chinese restaurant owner.
Nobody briefed me on this.
I've been in this kitchen all my life and I still don't understand why it's called GOOD Friday.
I asked my staff. They shrugged. 🤷

This dish is low key a Fan Fav! Garlic Green Beans Pork Stir Fried with Hoisin Sauce! Oh yeah this hits the spot if you want that savory but a little sweet, get it medium hot, so just the right amount of kick! Too hot takes away from the other flavors, or your face! From being to HOT🌶🤦🌶

Did you know the egg roll is actually an AMERICAN invention? 🇺🇸🥢
That's right.
A Chinese immigrant in 1930s New York basically looked at a spring roll and said "this is good… but what if we made it BIGGER, GREASIER, and CRUNCHIER?"
And just like that — the egg roll was born. 🎉

Take the Metra Union Pacific North Line to the Winnetka Station. Walk east on Elm Street towards Chestnut Street. Turn left onto Chestnut Street and walk for two blocks. The restaurant will be on your left.

From the north, take Green Bay Road south and turn right onto Oak Street. At the end of Oak Street, turn left onto Chestnut Street. The restaurant will be on your right.
From the south, take Sheridan Road north and turn left onto Tower Road. Turn right onto Green Bay Road and then turn left onto Oak Street. At the end of Oak Street, turn left onto Chestnut Street. The restaurant will be on your right.
There is street parking available on Chestnut Street and nearby side streets.
