It’s hard to find the right words for a moment like this.
Today, Steve and I step away from Dolce. Tomorrow, new owners begin their journey here—and we couldn’t be more hopeful for what’s ahead for this place we’ve loved so deeply.
This note (pictured) is just one of so many we’ve received over the years… and it says everything we feel. Dolce was never just a restaurant to us. It was people. It was conversations, celebrations, quiet dinners, loud laughter, piano nights, and friendships that became family.
To our guests, our regulars, our team, our vendors, and this entire community—thank you. You made Dolce what it is. You gave it life.
We’re not saying goodbye to Dolce… just passing it on.
And if we’ve learned anything, it’s this—places don’t make memories. People do. And we’ll carry all of you with us.
