There may not be a parade this weekend but Chef has come up with a special that if you close your eyes after taking a bite you'll know your in the heart of the Windy City! An Ode to Chicago on a March day! Da' Brat Burger!
A house made and perfectly seasoned bratwurst patty with old world mustard, beer cheese, beer kraut and fresh parsley leaves on a pretzel bun!!!
Pair it with a Guinness Foreign Extra Stout and you've got a St. Paddy's celebration right at your fingertips! We love you Chicago! Chin up!!!

Last week's special mussels were such a smash hit that they sold out before we were prepared to say goodbye! So orders were made, new ideas took root and Chef's come back with a fresh twist on PEI Mussels in the Park!!!
Once again Chef starts with a heaping cluster of Prince Edward Island mussels and sets them perfectly with leeks, shallots, saffron, Thai chilies, coconut milk and heavy cream and served with toasted sourdough points!!!
Each half shell a delicious spoonful of the golden,
rich, pride and joy from that Maritime Province! Cheers!!!

Well shucks, if the weather thinks it's spring then Chef's going to lean into it! 60 on Sunday? Penne Primavera it is!!!.
Fat shrimps and spring vegetables with lemon, white wine, garlic, butter, grana padano and micro-basil!!!

Certain things are given up for Lent but taste doesn't need to be one of them! And Chef has knocked it out of the park (but not out of the Park Grill) once again with a special to lend some lustre to ones lunch!! Starting with a stunning Branzino A La Talla!!!
Beautifully bi-colored branzino grilled skin down with salsa verde on one and guajillo salsa on the other and dressed with frisee, shallots and radish!!!
Beautiful, light and incredibly tasty, it's an ideal meal for the pious as well as the positively perishing! Gracias Chef!!

They open to steam like watered flowers to the sun and with a bouquet as sweet to savour! And Chef has prepared a cockle of Mussels to prove the point!! A dish to delight!!!
Beautiful Prince Edward Island Mussels prepared with house made fennel sausage, shallots, garlic, fennel, pomodoro, white wine and chili flakes with toasted sourdough accompaniments!!!

To celebrate a great month of partnership with the Stout-masters at Guinness we present our final, most luxurious special oyster offering yet! Delaware Oysters Rockefeller!!!
Plump and firm Delaware Bay oysters pampered to the extreme with spinach, parmesan, onion, garlic, bacon, butter and breadcrumbs!! This is a rich dish that elevates it's eater to the rank of Titan!!!
And especially designed to pair with the rich caramel flavors of a Guinness Foreign Extra Stout! Such decadence! You deserve it Chicago!!! They'll be going fast so don't hesitate!

It's looking to be a beautiful day in the neighborhood and Chef's just presented todays Oyster Special to celebrate week 3 of our month long partnership with the simply stunning stout-masters of Guinness! Today's delicious bites?!
Fresh Blue Point Oysters! Topped with a spicy mignonette serrano with shallots, chives, lime and micro-cilantro!! Especially designed to pair with a towering pint of Guinness Draught!!!
And this evening, to kick off a great weekend in the city we have a special live ice carving presentation by 8 time world champion sculptor Aaron Costic! Carving a Guinness Gilroy Toucan out of an enormous block of ice rink side on our patio at 5pm!!
Open to all so come on down and tuck in to some marvelous molluscs, a pint of Stout and watch the ice chips fly!!!

A tasty, bright sandwich for a day full of promise! Chef, how did you know?
House Cured Salmon sandwich! Thin sliced beet cured Salmon with cucumber, watermelon radish, shaved red onion, celery and avocado between slices of toasted sourdough bread, one side spread with remoulade and the other with goat cheese yogurt!! Soooo good!!!
