Ok someone made a left turn in front of me and this is the out come. I've been without a car for 3 going on four months now because GMAC can't get replacement parts but I'm paying for a car with no loaner car and I've received email that no replacement parts are available. Now here's the deal my insurance can't go after the person whose at fault because my cat isn't fixed with final bill for repairs but GMAC is making more cars and not on strike and can't allocate any parts from the assembly line to fix my car. I'm not at fault for accident and I've requested to cancel my contract because I don't have a car and no replacement parts are available any time soon I was told in a email from GMAC.and I was offered 10,000 GMAC POINTS for compensation which is $100 for my inconvenience. Please comment on what should be done continue paying for a car I don't have or should GMAC cancel the contract where I can get another car and run my business as planned.😡🤬🤑
