Simon's Tavern welcomes Rami & The Reliables in our main ballroom and dance hall.

Rami & the Reliables is a Chicago-based contemporary Rhythm and Blues project featuring guitarist/songwriter Rami Gabriel, alongside Scott Ligon (keys/vocals), Casey McDonough (bass/vocals), and Alex Hall (drums/vocals). Known for a raw, energetic sound recorded at Reliable Recorders studio, the band has released5+ albums in 9 years, including the March 2025 album As If.

sunday Sunday SUNDAY!!!: Simon's Tavern presents a performance with Trophy Wife AT 8:30PM.

Trophy Wife is here. Chicago-based. Mike Burns on lead guitar, Theresa Drda on drums, Jason Labrosse on bass, and Caroline Nutley singing with the rhythm guitar. We play the old songs, the one’s George Jones and Tammy Wynette knew, along with Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn, and Merle Haggard. There's a certain countrypolitan way to it, sure, but not too rough, not too clean, just right. And our own tunes, they fit in. No grand statements. Come on out if you've got nothing better to do, or if you’re looking to dance the two step.

To get to the location on N Clark Street in Chicago, there are several public transport options available. You can take the Red Line train and get off at the Bryn Mawr station. From there, walk west along Bryn Mawr Avenue for approximately 10 minutes until you reach N Clark Street. Alternatively, you can take bus number 22 or 36 and get off at the corner of N Clark Street and W Bryn Mawr Avenue.

If you prefer to drive, please note that parking can be limited in this area. There are several paid parking lots near the intersection of N Clark Street and W Bryn Mawr Avenue. You may also find limited street parking available on some side streets but be sure to check posted signs for any parking restrictions.
