Today, Pizzeria Gabbo 's doors officially OPEN.
The menu at Fulton Market's newest pizzeria and bar features two styles of pizza: Chicago Thin & Crispy and New York Crispy, chef’s take on a traditional New York-style with a crispier finish.
The menu also highlights Italian classics including antipasti, salads, pastas and soft serve gelato.

Our history with Willie and 3D Baking goes all the way back to his high school days bussing tables at Ed Debevic’s!
Even after spending his college years studying chemistry and biochemistry, Willie found his way back to Lettuce. He spent years traveling across the country, helping launch bread programs for restaurants like Wildfire Tysons before branching out on his own.
He started a wholesale bakery here in Chicago, growing from 2 employees to hundreds. He now owns 3D Baking (a nod to his three kids, whose names all start with D)!
These days, Willie and his team bake fresh artisan bread for over 20 of our locations, including fan faves at Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab, Wildfire Restaurant, and Shaw's Crab House.

Ever wonder how Mon Ami Gabi got its name? We actually have legendary French Chef Jean Banchet to thank.
In the late '90s, Chef Gabino Sotelino and Rich Melman were on the patio brainstorming ideas for their new French bistro. They had the concept, but they were missing one crucial piece: the name.
The answer arrived unexpectedly when Jean Banchet pulled up in his brand-new Ferrari, spotted Gabino across the patio, and called out: "Hey Mon Ami Gabi!"
Rich heard it and knew on the spot that was it. Meaning "My friend Gabi," it captured the exact warmth and personal touch they wanted for the entire restaurant.

Parking is available in nearby lots or street parking may be available if you are lucky enough to find an open spot.
