This week Tomo, and the world, lost a bright, beautiful light. Our founder and the heart of Tomo, Penny Mohr, passed away peacefully on Tuesday after a brief battle with cancer.
Tomo has always been a family, and quite a few of us are actual family, so we haven't just lost an owner, we have lost a mother, a wife and a wonderful friend.
We will strive, moving forward, to honor Penny's memory by keeping Tomo the love filled space that she pushed so hard for it to be. Her legacy will be felt every time we open our doors, and will never be forgotten.

Woah mama, today is our THIRD BIRTHDAY! Where has the time gone? It feels like only yesterday that we were turning on our open sign for the first time and had no idea if anyone was going to actually come in to eat or not. I'd say y'all definitely came in, and kept coming in, and we wouldn't be here if you hadn't. Thank you all, from the heart of our bottoms.
To celebrate, howzabout some drink specials? Stop in for some cocktails for only $7! Why $7? Why not?

As a customer pointed out to us today: Irish food has cabbage in it, and kimchi is cabbage, so kimchi ramen is pretty much Irish food.
So stop by Tomo for all your Irish food needs on this, the day of St. Patrick.
