In the late 60's, the Palmer House Hotel served a Friday Fish Fry that would circle the block in lines waiting for the fried Filet of Sole special.
We’ve uncovered the original recipe and added some local appeal – fresh catches battered in our Moody Tongue Pilsner collab paired with the original recipe crisp coleslaw and original tartar sauce... heavily rumored to have been created in our kitchen.
Get hooked! All you can eat plus one pony pour of Palmer House Moody Tongue for our Fish Fry Fridays for $20.
