You can take the Brown, Purple, Green or Orange line to the Randolph/Wabash station and walk east on E Wacker Drive for about 5 minutes. Alternatively, you can take bus #6 or #20 and get off at Upper Stetson & North Water Street and walk south on N Stetson Ave for about 2 minutes.
If you are driving, take Lake Shore Drive to the Randolph Street exit and turn onto E Randolph St heading west. Turn right onto N Stetson Ave and then make a left onto E Wacker Drive. There are several parking garages in the area including one on N Water St & E Lower South Water.
