We’re proud to partner with Doors Open Dishes on our new Strawberry Shortcake Gluten-Free Quinoa Pancakes, inspired by Alex, a member of the Esperanza Community Services community, and his love of strawberry shortcake. 🍰
Doors Open Dishes works with chefs across Chicago to create dishes inspired by individuals served by organizations like Esperanza, helping raise awareness and support for essential programs for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Now, you can be part of it simply by joining us for brunch. A portion of proceeds from every stack of pancakes will benefit Doors Open Dishes and its mission.
Come enjoy a stack inspired by Alex and help us support these organizations. Available during weekend brunch at Eden. ❤️
