Had a totally PAWsome time serving drinks at !
It was also a great practice run for farmers market season! opens this weekend, and we hope to see you there.
We’ll be serving cold brew, horchata draft latte, iced tea, and house-made lemonade all summer long! We’ll also have bags of freshly roasted coffee and other surprises throughout the season.

In solidarity with the national ICE OUT protest, our Chicago cafes will be closed for business tomorrow, January 30th.
What is happening in our community and across this country is horrifying. Let’s stand together and use our collective voice to bring an end to this madness.

WOW. Hard to believe that backlot began almost 10yrs ago, in 2016! Hopping on the to share some moments from our very first year.
A decade ago?! We served gelato?! How is that even possible.
