If you ever ask your Girl in the Park | Kitchen & Crafted Cocktails server… “I’m starving. What’s your favorite thing on the menu?”
Because… Same. 👋
You may hear… “Have you had Jayme’s ribs yet?”
And when they tell you why, listen….
Chef Jayme starts with her homemade dry rub (one you can’t find in stores), sears the ribs on the fire grill, then slow roasts them until they’re juicy, tender, and falling RIGHT off the bone. 🤤 And that sticky tangy BBQ sauce? Not to be cliché, but its the sauce that’s actually finger-licking good. These aren’t just ribs ya’ll…. They’re an experience.
There are lots of great sides sides, but our personal recommendation is the TRUFFLE: crispy, fresh out of the fryer, with just the right amount of truffle and Parmesan to make you a FAN. They’re a $3 upgrade from the smashed potatoes or tots, but is it worth it? Yes.
