We heard there’s some kind of game on tonight. In honor of the match up between Mexico and Korea, we are doing a buldak taco special while supplies last. Despite who you’re rooting for, we can all agree that tacos are awesome. Marinated and grilled thighs, cilantro, onions, pickled daikon radish, shredded cabbage, soy crema, and fried shallots on fresh white corn tortillas. It’s going to be a great matchup!

Our next Polish of the month comes in from chef from who has been long time friends with us and is always down to lend a helping hand in anything we do for the community. We strive to be like Perilla when we grow up one day. They also have Wiener Wars every Monday in the summer on the Perilla patio so we know he’s all in for dressing up a Polish: a ripper Polish (deep fried), dunked in a gochujang glaze, topped with sour kimchi, mustard, perilla and a lot of scallions in our fresh baked brioche bun. It’s great remix and can’t wait to serve it all month!

We are kicking off our TENTH year in service with a Polish sausage of the month featuring friends we love, respect and appreciate. We would’ve be where we are today without the help and friendship that from has provided over the years. Dude was in the trenches with us breaking up rice after service almost every night the first year. It’s only right we inaugurate this special with his pineapple kimchi, bulgogi mustard on fresh baked brioche, with a lot of scallions. Served with a side of fries, this beauty’s flavor lasts!

What people say
Asian fusion restaurants are known for their unique and exciting blend of flavors from different cultures. Kimski, located on W 31st Street in Chicago, is a prime example of this culinary trend. This Korean-Polish inspired street food joint offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience that will leave your taste buds dancing with joy.
The brainchild of Chef Won and Maria's Packaged Goods & Community Bar, Kimski is the perfect marriage of Polish sausages and krautchi (kimchi+sauerkraut). The Ko Po BBQ series was a huge hit during the summer months, and it was clear that Chef Won and Maria's needed to explore this concept further.
At Kimski, you can expect to find an array of Korean-Polish street food dishes that are sure to satisfy any craving. From the classic Ko Po BBQ sandwich to the mouth-watering pierogi topped with kimchi butter, every dish is bursting with flavor. And let's not forget about their famous kimchi fries - crispy fries topped with spicy kimchi, cheese sauce, scallions, and sesame seeds - a must-try for anyone visiting Kimski.
The atmosphere at Kimski is just as impressive as the food. The restaurant has a laid-back vibe that makes it the perfect spot for a casual night out with friends or family. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, making recommendations based on your preferences.
In summary, if you're looking for an Asian fusion restaurant that offers something truly unique and delicious, look no further than Kimski on W 31st Street in Chicago. With its creative menu and welcoming atmosphere, it's no wonder why this place has become a local favorite.
