As some of you might already know, here at Professor Pizza, we’ve been experimenting with plant based pizzas for some time now.
While there’s been intermittent opportunities in the past to grab one from us, we're finally prepared to make a full time commitment to this community.
Just like any of our other pizzas, we rely on strong relationships with first class purveyors and when diving into these new ingredients, we wanted to make sure we were doing so with the conviction and enthusiasm of folks that already live a plant based lifestyle.
When trying out different brands, one kept coming up as the clear winner… 👈🏼
These products come from a small independent company based out of Tennessee, who are commited to quality and to producing meat and cheese alternatives that you crave on your pizzas 🍕
We’ll be featuring plant based Cheese, Pepperoni and Sausage to kick things off with more to come. Also, feel free to get creative and build your own!

We teamed up with FIGS to turn Professor Pizza Old Town into a full-on Nurses Week takeover for the healthcare workers that deserve way more than the usual pizza party.
