The Nile of Hyde Park is a Middle Eastern and Mediterranean restaurant that offers an exceptional dining experience. The restaurant has a family-style atmosphere, making it perfect for groups or families. The food is simply delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. The crispy skin salmon over ginger and pepper infused basmati rice topped with a tomato, parsley, garlic, ginger, and pepper salsa and shrimp is one of the standout dishes on the menu.
The Nile of Hyde Park has been recognized as one of the best Middle Eastern restaurants in Chicago by Eater. This recognition is well-deserved as the restaurant consistently delivers high-quality food and excellent service.
In addition to their regular menu, The Nile of Hyde Park also offers seasonal specials like their Steak in a Sack which is a family classic that's definitely worth checking out. And if you're looking for lunch options, they have recently added lunch service back into their schedule from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm every day.
Despite recent tragic news about the loss of one of their beloved servers Korina, The Nile of Hyde Park continues to provide excellent service and delicious food. Her family is trying to raise money to help with her funeral and for her two young children that she leaves behind. If you have a few extra dollars please consider donating.
Overall, The Nile of Hyde Park is an outstanding Middle Eastern restaurant that should be on everyone's list when visiting Chicago.
