To get to N State Street in Elgin, there are a few options for both public transport and driving/parking.
Public Transport:
1. Take the Metra Milwaukee District West Line to the Elgin Station.
- From downtown Chicago, board the train at Union Station.
- Once you arrive at Elgin Station, head southeast on National Street.
- Continue straight onto N State Street.
- The destination will be on your left.
2. Take the Pace Bus Route 554 from Schaumburg to Elgin.
- Board the bus at Schaumburg Transit Center or any other designated stop along the route.
- Get off at the Elgin Transportation Center.
- Walk east on E Chicago Street and turn right onto N State Street.
- The destination will be on your right.
Driving/Parking:
1. From downtown Chicago:
- Take I-90 W/I-94 W toward Wisconsin.
- Keep left at the fork to continue on I-90 W, following signs for Rockford/I-294 S/Indiana Toll Road.
- Take exit 59 for IL-72/W Higgins Road toward Barrington Road/South Barrington/Hoffman Estates.
- Turn right onto IL-72 W/W Higgins Road (signs for South Barrington).
- Continue straight onto Big Timber Road.
- Turn left onto N State Street.
- The destination will be on your right.
2. From Schaumburg:
- Head north on Roselle Road toward Wise Road.
- Use any lane to turn slightly left onto IL-58 W/Golf Road (signs for Illinois 58 W).
- Continue to follow IL-58 W.
- Turn right onto Shales Parkway/Nesler Road (signs for Nesler Road).
- Continue straight onto Nesler Road (signs for Big Timber Road).
- Turn right onto Big Timber Road.
- Turn left onto N State Street.
- The destination will be on your right.
