Touhy. Congrats to Pam and Nick on the milestone, and here’s to another 40 years!

We are overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible support our community has shown us. Our 40th anniversary celebration was a huge success, and it was made even more special because of each and every one of you who came out to celebrate with us.

One of the greatest gifts of the celebration was hearing your stories and memories about our restaurant. Listening to you share the special moments, family gatherings, celebrations, traditions, and friendships that have taken place here reminded us that our restaurant is so much more than a place to enjoy a meal, it is a place where memories are made.

We were especially touched when a neighborhood bride even stopped by to share in the celebration! Moments like these remind us how fortunate we are to be part of such a wonderful community and to have shared in so many of life's special occasions over the years.

We are truly honored to have been a part of your lives and your stories. Your loyalty, support, and friendship throughout the years mean more to us than words can express.

Thank you for celebrating our with us, for sharing your memories, and for continuing to make our restaurant a special part of this wonderful community. Papa Chris would be so proud! We look forward to creating many more memories together in the years ahead!
