👏 Help us congratulate Jose, our September Employee of the Month! 👏

Jose is a newer member of the VAI’s team who jumped right into one of the toughest jobs in the restaurant as our dishwasher, and he’s handled it like he’s been here for years.

Even through long hours on his feet and what can feel like a never-ending pile of dirty dishes, Jose is always fast, positive, and an awesome teammate to work alongside.

We truly appreciate all of his hard work and couldn’t be happier to have Jose on our team. Congrats, Jose! 🥳👏

Last night, we had the pleasure of celebrating a VERY special birthday in our party room! One of our favorite guests, Jane Boggs, joined us with her husband, daughter, and wonderful family to celebrate her 90th birthday! ❤️

With family traveling in from out of state, the evening was filled with delicious food, cold cocktails, plenty of laughs, and memories to last a lifetime!

📸 A blast from the past at VAI’s!

Last week, a gentleman stopped by with a pretty cool surprise. While cleaning out his house, he came across some old photos from 1992, back when he worked in the very building you all know as VAI’s today. Only back then, it was a Sizzler! 🥩

He was kind enough to share several photos from the early ’90s, right around the time our building was being constructed. We thought they were way too cool not to share with all of you!

A big shoutout to the people who built this place 34 years ago. They gave us some pretty solid bones that have stood the test of time!

There’s a whole lot of history in this building, but still plenty more memories to be made! ❤️
