Yesterday, our team completed an AED & CPR training class hosted right here at VAI’s with the Naperville Fire Department.
Huge thank you to Naperville’s finest, firefighter Daryl MacDonald, for spending a few hours with our staff and walking us through how to respond in an emergency and help keep our guests safe.
We’re proud to share that AEDs will be mounted in our restaurants as an added step toward creating a safer environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Our Meatball Calzone is now on the lunch menu full-time at VAI’s! It’s stuffed with house-made meatballs, three cheeses, pizza sauce, spinach, roasted tomatoes, garlic butter, and creamy parm dressing.

We loved welcoming Emily and her family to VAI’s to receive the donation from our May cocktail fundraiser. While she was here, Emily also got to spend time visiting her dad, Michael—one of our servers—and jump into a group photo with some of our amazing team.
Thanks to everyone who participated, we’re proud to share that $1,800 was raised across our three locations in support of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. We’re grateful for the continued support that helps make moments like this possible.
