Our Culinary Director is in the running for America’s Favorite Chef. If you’ve eaten with us, you already know his food. The Dino Short Rib everyone talks about, the Killa Calamari we somehow always run out of — that’s all him. The guy cooks with his whole heart, and it shows on every plate.
The winner takes home $25,000, a feature in Taste of Home, and a day cooking with Carla Hall. But for Juan it’s not really about the title. He’s got three little kids, and he’d put it toward their future and a trip to Mexico so they can see where their dad grew up. That’s the kind of guy we get to work with every day.
The first round of cuts is this Thursday, June 11 — so now’s the time.

Our servers are serving and our bartenders are bartending. Last night at Lemont was proof.
We hosted our first spring menu party and, we couldn't have asked for a better night. The team dressed up for the theme, and getting to celebrate the new season with all of you made it so special!

To get to Stephen Street in Lemont, you can take the Metra BNSF Railway line and get off at the Lemont station. From there, it is a short walk to Stephen Street. Alternatively, if you are driving, you can take I-355 and exit at Archer Avenue West. Turn right onto Main Street, then left onto Stephen Street. There is street parking available along Stephen Street and nearby side streets.
